“Attitude” is a feeling of joy where one feels everything is settled and there is nothing to worry about. This word is having a great impact on the human race may be since from first human itself. This feeling is dangerous as well as touchwood. People do get fear from it if it is experience by someone else and also do get Goosebumps while experiencing it.

When you talk with someone the other person can feel it at an instant only. There is nothing to tell about and nothing to learn about. It is something that just gets out of you from the actions and expressions. People argued and given lectures on it. Many relationships and friendships saw end because of it. Many businesses saw a big failure through it, many countries went into war because of it. It seems really absurd how this tiny word and feeling associated to it created so much fuss in the world.

When you show the Arrogance what really happens is that your mind stops working and you get into position where you feel to be on the top of world. You don’t understand sentiments, arguments, and expressions. You feel to be in a situation where you are boss and rest all are your puppets. This whole situation can really do a lot of damage if you think about it. A person who just stopped caring about the world and is not considering any advices will be the person who will did his/her own grave.

Attitude is not always bad but it depends. If you don’t show the amount of settlements in your feeling you are doing good to you. A person gets your Arrogance (bad part of attitude) only when you show the feeling of settlement otherwise nobody can get it. The situations are like:-

All the above points I am sure you must felt or saw someone feeling. These all can put you into trouble so what should do with this behavior?

Life is unpredictable, at one day you feel like to be on top and other you feel to be under tons of weight. It is unpredictable not because it is designed like that but it is because of our expectations. There are a lot of incidents happen around us for which we can’t do anything. There are incidents that are out of control, out of our reach, out of expectations and dreams. Most of the time we expect our future based upon the present situation and we integrate it to find the big canvas. We get motivated through it and also sometimes go into the depression because of same.

There are certain things in life which tell us to be neutral and nor to be happy more than requiring neither be sad. The wisdom comes not when you don’t react to the situation but when you take it as a lesson and move on. Moving on is the biggest wisdom of life and nobody should keep holding things for a long period of time. Every second we are moving in the universe then why we should not move our thoughts? Why be stationary with one thought?

We live with multiple people but do not learn from them. We wait for the situation to happen with us instead we can give a look around us to learn from others. Why work on already solve problems when there are plenty of problems exist to be solved? We should interact with the people and listen to their experiences bad or good it doesn’t matter. Life should not be spent like sitting at one place thinking about the past.

When you take decisions most of the time it results from the thoughts of emotion gathered over your mind. Try to be calm whenever decide about something and never take a decision at an instant. Sometimes we lost the precious moments of life when heart conquers over the mind. The heart is what you want at present and mind is what you require in the long run. Do not be confuse from the orders of your own soul and take decisions whenever things are calm.

There are several questions that keep disturbing me every moment in life.  Whenever I go to perform any action I think about the incident, whether this is accepted in the society or not. Whenever I go to present my thoughts I think about the thought, whether society is good about it or not? Whenever I try to praise anyone for their courage I think whether this praise is allowed in the society? There are lots of incidents where I think more about the consequences than the action itself.

This is not only my problem but I think the world is mad before it. People do have the courage to live life in a good way but it is circumstances that everyone needs permission from the society to do it.

When I was a child there were certain things that were good and certain were bad but today I feel that things do have their own perspective from personality to personality for some waking up in the night is cool for others it is not acceptable at all. In our day to day life, there are thousands of tasks for which we look for a third world for approval.

Whenever you go to shopping malls, parties, public gatherings, market or offices you are more nervous about the action you take to enjoy than enjoying itself. You often go and see what other people are doing and then you do only those tasks as you want yourself to be accepted there.

In my point of view, life is about learning from experiences, if you like something do it and don’t wait for anybody else approval. Things and actions are right until they don’t hurt anyone seriously. I mean you can’t laugh at a funeral and you should also not allow singing a song during business meetings. These are unacceptable not by the society but as a whole but there are certain things that you know will not harm anyone but still you think society will reject it, for those things don’t wait for the society to tell whether you are right or wrong.

Society cannot tell that you are the good musician or not neither they can tell about writing skills and nor about your choices. If you like oranges and everybody else picking an apple it doesn’t mean you should also pick an apple. There are certain things that an individual choose like hobbies, passion, love, profession, degree, expressions, thoughts, wisdom, values, experiences and friends. Society shouldn’t have a right to decide on it and you also shouldn’t worry about whether it is acceptable or not.

Secrets: - Anything unknown to the outside world behind the boundaries of you.

You have heard thousand of stories about secrets of kingdom, money, adventures, knowledge and treasury but did you ever thought about secrets of yourself? Did you ever have concerns about it? Yes, you may have a question about how the traits and personality related to you can be a secret. If you will ask me … Yes, it is a secret. Anything that you do, that you think, that you perform, that you plan, All are secrets. Once you expose it to someone else the secrets become your trait and people call it personality.

You may think why I am talking about this? The personality is the outcome of the presentation from you. How you present yourself to the other is what personality is all about. People respect the individual who keeps secrets and shares only what is require. The purpose of this article is to tell you about how the communication from you can disturb your overall life within seconds if you don’t keep secrets.

When you meet someone for the first time, you both are the stranger to each other but as soon as you start observing the life and characteristics of each other you become friends. People say you share common thoughts and hence you are friends but the common thoughts … where it comes from? It comes from you and the other person around you. People meet you and love to know below points about you:-

When you compare all the above points you find out some are useful to share but others are not. The points that you should never share to everybody are called secrets. Might be the case when you share some thoughts with other person and then the person shared it with someone else who need not suppose to have the information can put you into trouble.

There are some points that you will love to hear from other back but there are some points that you do not. It all depends on you; how you present yourself in front of other to get back what you want.

There are points in life when you share everything with the other people and then they left you because there are no more things to listen from you. You become bored, lame and crazy to them.When you hide things and don’t share each minute of your life then there is an aura around you which keeps on attracting people to listen from you. You can share your happiness, wining moments, life , sometimes family background, even some of the good plans but never share your financial condition, love life, relationships, the past, failures and bad habits about you from yourself. Let them decide on you for these points, if they are true friends they will understand you irrespective of the thing whether you share each secret to them or not.

Life is very short and we know it very well but perhaps not everybody knows about it and that is why so much turbulence, so much war and so much blood on this planet. We can live in peace and can share food, cloth, and shelter but no we want privacy, power, and domination.

There are enormous amount of factors that can make us happy but no when we kill people that make us happy, when we go and take possession of other’s home it makes us happy, when we detach father from family and son from mother this makes us happy, when we go and shut everybody in far unknown regions this makes us happy. Who are we? We are the people who question about the authenticity of others without checking on our own. We question about the lifestyle of others whereas our own lifestyle is pretty bad. We question about the belief of others but we don’t believe in us.

If someone is believing in god we attack them saying god is nothing, if someone is believing on his rituals we attack them and say no rituals are correct, if someone is believing on their tribe and culture again we attack them and say there is no tribe and culture to choose from and choose us. We are the people who want to rule you, we want that each breath of you plead to us for living and neither we are god and nor angels.

We are the people who designed borders such that no person from the bad part of the world can reach to the good part, we designed the system which follows the rule that says you need permission to travel from point A to B. We are the people who took your land by killing your ancestors. We are the one who started divide and rule policy to see you dying day by day. We are the one who coined term war and invented all big weapons and most are in progress that you never heard of. We are the one who tarnished Japan by bombing it because people were not good. We are the one who killed each other during the partition of the countries. We are the one who can kill in the name of religion and it didn’t matter to us whether my god told or not.

We are the one who can bomb our own people without any solid reason. for us, hatred is in our blood and nobody from us questions it. We kill people because they play music, we kill people because they party hard, and we kill people because they follow different religion. We damage countries not once twice but any number of times because somewhere there is fuel which cost a lot in the international market. We want to provide our kids better education and better life but we want children of other countries to die from bullets. We don’t accept people like they are but we tell them how they should need to be if they want to gain our acceptance. We are everywhere and we made up of hatred, anger, greed, lure, lust and seduction.  

We don’t follow any religion, any rule, any saying, any truth, any person or anything. We are the monster in with own ideas. People know we are idiots but we think we are a genius.

Last year didn’t go well for me and with only 10 articles in my bucket not even one per month, I am sure that there was some block that stopped me from writing. I was not able to get topics to write, it’s not that I was not having any but there wasn’t anything that keeps me pushing hard to write. I was mostly hanging on a social network but didn’t think even once to give some time to the readers and write something.

I don’t know whether it comes to everybody or not but phase came to me. I was short of words, whenever I go for writing it feels like I don’t have anything to talk. My most of the time went into thinking but then also I was not able to write anything. I promise myself to write next day but again same thing happens to me like this there were n numbers of days where I found myself struggling to write.

I did traveling and also I had new experiences but then also nothing motivated me to write, I met with thousand of incidents around me and none were so powerful that they can motivate me to write, I encountered hundreds of people but none of the personality was so much special that I can write about them. The life was not letting me tell the words for anything about anyone.

I was in the phase where I was grasping everything but when the chance was coming to share the knowledge I was not doing anything. It feels very bad when you have so many things to tell but actually you are not telling. Sometimes I was in a thought that writing is not for me and it is for people who are well settled and experienced. Sometimes I was in a thought that writing is taking over my professional career so better to ignore and not write anything until I don’t settle. The thoughts were of course rubbish not related to reality anywhere.

The block was very powerful and it kept on telling that you cannot write. It was quite tough to break it, then I promised myself to write single article every day and neither word limit is going to matter and nor topic, I will write everyday on any topic with any limit and here I am with the third article in a row on the third day of this year.

I hope I will continue writing each day and with the same zeal as previous and will not stop until passion doesn’t come again of storytelling.

Priorities are one of the regular activities that we do all the time in our life. Mostly it is about a selection of the things at a particular time, I must say one need to have options for the selection. People who are more successful do better prioritizing of their selections.

 Most of the time when we select the things we generally selecting a part of our future whether it is about selecting a college, a job, a place to visit, a car to buy or anything that we are going to have in future. When we put them in order we prioritize the things in a fashion. It might be buying a car after buying a home or may be traveling to your dream place after completing under graduation. It can be anything but when it comes to day to day tasks we generally don’t prioritize and just follow what is there at that time.

Ordering a life matters most. All the tasks you are going to do in a day must follow a serial if not at least you need to finish the important tasks before going to finish unnecessary ones. Life is nothing but a combination of moments, a minute is nothing but a combination of seconds. Each and every activity you do at a particular time is somewhat playing an important role in building your future. Till 20’s you can be free and do not think about these but when you enter in your 20’s your life starts building a future for you from the moments you are spending for you.

You must think about the activities you do in your regular life, it might be an important period to focus on a career instead you invest time in finding your soul mate. It can be the moment to find a good job or establish a business but you might be traveling. It can be anything, the person who prioritizes their life better leads the world in future.

Spending time on social networks can be good but spending at what time matters most. A person has only 24 hours a day and a person need to decide what he/she should do in that. The activities were done in these 24 hours will only come up in deciding your next 20-30 years of life. Wasting time is the biggest mistake one can ever do, there are two kinds of activities in our day to day life one is passive and other is active. Always try to be a part of active activities it can be sports, exercise, painting, work, discussion, communications, debates, reading or anything that you create or you are the part of creation. Passive activities are the one that kills time and waste time .if you invest more than the required for it such as watching movies/Serials continuously at one sitting, checking social networks without any need of, and chatting with people on unnecessary topics. Passive activities don’t need your involvement of you, it is something that runs in the world but you are not part of it. Passive activities are good only for entertainment, mood change, enjoying lighter and happiest moment of life but doing it for a long time is harmful.

You should manage active and passive in combination and try to give more attention to active activities. When you start a day priorities things before you start actually doing. You should make a list of all important things and plan it according to your time. If anything left to put in next day list and keep on putting until you finish it. People run from the problems in life but according to me, you should face it by standing in front of it and giving time to it. You must priorities problems as well and solve one by one. To be happy is not to think about problems but to prioritize everything in life and do when their time comes.

A very happy new year to all of you. I hope the year comes to you with a lot of great achievements, results and success. It is really a very fascinating to think about completing the new goals, meeting new people, travelling new places , setting up new business/Job at the start of the year but it is equally true as well that half of the promises that we do with ourselves don’t stay long and we become the same what we were last year.

Life goes on very smoothly and there is no shortcut to getting things quickly. When things need to come they will come, there is no need to be in a hurry for attaining everything that we ever think. I must say for me last year was more an evolution than attaining anything. I didn’t attain much but learnt many things that may help in building a good future.

I always say that life is not like school/college years that went on and on and you will get every year a new number to show yourself. Life is not about graduating a school, completing some courses or learning a new language. It is something that is having a process, a process that never ends. Life is like water which flows from glaciers to the rivers then to the sea and then evaporates and again come to its purest form. You cannot win anything in life but yes you can enjoy it.

Life is having multiple phases and the emotional quotient is much stronger than intelligent quotient in playing any success roles. If you are mentally strong it doesn’t matter your knowledge anymore and you can always learn and adopt it later.

 It is said that you are the average of five closest people with whom you hang out. I think that is true as the conversations, communications, topic of discussions and the thought process quality will depend on only these people interests. When you communicate, you exchange energies with each other. That is how you either become very good or bad depend upon the circle of people you are with. My advice will always be the same, before choosing a communication ... choose people you are going to communicate with.

Love and relationships are the important part of our life and we build relations with the people with whom we hang out or to whom we like. There are always two things that matter that most which are trust and no profit attitude. In relationships, you don’t search profits but you search for love and it comes from within. There is no sorry and no thank.Mostly it is the duty of people to do whatever one can do for each other to build relations stronger. Sometimes misunderstanding happens but it should be the topic of talk not should be the topic of ignorance. When you talk about differences you actually close them. Talking is the best ever thing you can do whenever you see any mishaps in relations.

I hope you enjoyed your last year in a very good shape and hope that you will enjoy this year as well but remember life is not just about years where you keep jumping from one to other but mostly it is about the process. Whenever you feel any depressed thoughts just call the person whom you think the closest to you and cheer up. There is nothing like lost and gain. You might face a hard time for the short period but it will never be same for your full life. Remember this year to live for others and you will never be alone.

One’s typical 2016 journal would include pictures at the Copacabana beach in the summer, or breathtaking shots while conquering the world’s craziest zip lines. Mine’s a bit different. It doesn’t manifest itself physically.

Before we delve to my ultimate memories in 2016, here are the ten happiest moments in life as per The Huffington Post.

To tell you, my most unforgettable memories are somehow unorthodox.

Living with Depression

Three years – that’s how long I was hobbled by clinical depression. I’ve also been diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) which eventually led to Body Dysmorphic Disorder. I hated myself, my body, the way I live, and what not. I was so crippled that I even failed to muster the strength to get out of my room for weeks.

I was hopeless. It seemed to me that meds and psychotherapy just made my condition worse. I slept the whole day for months, and I cut off ties with my friends and colleagues. I was on the brink of dying inside.

That Magnificent November the 10^th Dinner

It was supposed to be my normal routine – sleep for 12 hours, ruminates over negative thoughts for 4 hours, eat, and go back to sleep. What was different on that November evening? It felt like I woke up from a deep slumber.

While eating, I noticed that our family’s morale seemed low. My mom’s usual gleeful smile was not on her face, and my dad and siblings appeared anxious too. That was the turning point. I realized that I cannot live in fear and paranoia anymore. I have to get out of this sapping void.

I finally cracked a genuine smile. That moment, to me, was so surreal. My family finally had a breather upon seeing that I’m trying. They finally got back the cheerful son and brother they once lost.

That exact memory of happiness and freedom from unrealistic fears is something to cherish for my 2016.

Finally Living.

Depression is a mental illness that relapses. I know that it can bother me again, but I’ve developed my personal mantras this time:

“My greatest fear is never trying.”

“I miss 100% of the opportunities I don’t take.”

“Thinking negatively does nothing but holds me back from what I can achieve.”

“There’s more to life than being depressed. My will power is stronger than this.”

So my second best memory for 2016 is my every waking day seeing these mantras stuck on my closet. Those always remind me to live well.

Bouncing Back Harder in Every Aspect of Life

The top five biggest regrets, as enumerated by Huffington Post’s writer Natasha Hinde, are the following:

Of the five, I may be guilty of the first three. Now, my third best memory is my everyday pursuit of correcting those.

For my career, I decided to make a career shift. My previous line of work offered             better compensation, but limited self-expression. Meanwhile, content writing and blogging gave my life a better purpose. The sheer joy of helping out readers and sharing a part of you are things that cannot be remunerated.

Another headway that I made this year is rekindling my old confidence. I’m back being the life of the party, and my friends understand me – and my battles – better now. From this point, there are only better things to come for me.

To wrap it up, my unforgettable memories are all about getting up after being down for so long. It’s something I won’t exchange for any luxurious trips or paid vacations. Those who stuck with me through the good and bad are people I will carry forward my 2017.

There are few questions from me that I am sure even readers wanted to know about so how have the past two years changed your life after your first book launch?

So you talked about clear goals in life, what are the goals that we are going to see you accomplishing in next few years?

Actually, it’s a secret. At the end when they will fulfill everybody will know.

There is an inspiration for everything and when we talk about” Knocked out - a Crispy Punch of Love” Where the inspiration came from?

The Writer inside this Beast of a Man inspired me to keep going and never stop. I didn’t want to end up being a one book wonder when I have so many stories floating around in my head. So, I just pulled one out from the closet and penned it down.

And Walla!! Knocked Out was born…

That’s really great to be inspired by the own soul, so what was the audience response after they heard about your second book?

They backed me up and are always very encouraging. They like to watch me grow and succeed. I owe a lot to them as I wouldn’t be here if they hadn’t accepted me as a Writer.

 The first book was a love story, which was the incident that made you write next book on a sport?

I’ve always been into sports.

Football, Hockey, Athletics, Boxing and Bodybuilding. Sports has taught me discipline and has helped me grow as a person. I’ve taken a lot from sports and it was time to give something back.

Was writing the second novel a different experience when compared to your debut novel?

         The only difference was that during Via Delhi, I was jobless so I had all the time in the world to write it. During Knocked Out I was professionally a little more sorted so it was all about time management.

So how did you manage the time and what was the normal working day in life while shaping up the novel?

                       Everything remained the same except for me cutting down on leisure time. I stopped watching movies and documentaries which I usually do after getting back home from the office. I cut that off completely and dedicated a couple of hours to writing every night.

That is really a serious hard work you did in completing the novel. It is a tough decision to follow dream by really doing something for it and devoting your time regularly. What were things that kept your focus on without any deviations?
