It’s been two years passing out of the college. Life went on the roller coaster ride for these 24 months. The day I stepped out from the college was the happiest day of my life, there were boundaries that I was going to cross, and I was entering into the real world from the world that was running from rules and policies. I was happy about the fact that there will be no exams and I was right. There were no exams in last 24 months of pen and paper but I had to face a lot of real exams.

The days were started waiting for joining letter from the company that was giving me the opportunity to start the career. I was happy and why shouldn’t I as I was among the few people who got campus placement in the first attempt. The feeling to start earning money for the first time and the feeling to explore the world outside boundaries of imagination is always different it’s more like the smell that we feel after first rain. There were lot of dreams and a lot more expectations and more imagination about how the life is going to be change in next few months I hope everybody dreams the same as I did after passing out of the college but very rare get the sense about what is going to happen in future. So let me tell you in advance:-

1) You see people hate towards education is soon going to convert into love: - I had often seen people coming to corporate life and changing their attention to pursue higher studies (MS, MBA, and M.Tech). The same people who tell you the extent of hating studies suddenly start preparing for CAT, GRE, GMAT just after their first experience in corporate. Soon you will be realizing that the study you do today is going to be with you for a lifetime but not the money you earn today. Soon people see themselves dream of attaining higher education and getting higher positions.

2) You see people getting heart breaks from all around:- You see many people in colleges who promise for spending rest of their life together who known to be you love birds, who are in so much into each other that you think that their relation created by GOD before even they born and may be you hope that they will invite you for their marriage but in reality these things don’t happen, soon you will see that these famous couples of college part like seeds and pulp. They go in fashion by promising that they will meet again but that never happens. Soon They will get a break from their relations and get busy to their life.

3) You see people dream of job hopping: - As soon as you will enter into the first job you will see people changing job for reasons such as blaming administration, management, type of work, expertise, and money they earn. Soon you are going to be a part of this race and believe me nothing wrong in chasing the company of your dream.

4) You have to face same scarcity of money what you were feeling at college:- Money is going again to be an important place in your life. First you were fighting for outside lunches, dinners, movies, tickets, birthday bashes, small trips and other small expenses. Soon life will change and you will yourself fighting for the large amount room rent, groceries, shopping, bills, trips, gifts, weekend parties, dates and lot more. You will be still feeling a dearth in your pocket but you will be on bright side. You will start managing everything from your limited income you have.

5) You will become mature: - The best thing that will happen to you is maturity. You will feel powerful while taking decisions, talking to bosses and colleagues, predicting results before action, thinking out of box and understanding criticality of situations. Life will be good; you will start preferring non-fiction over fiction books. You will tend to relate more to the politics and economic policies of the country and world more than you were worrying about your cloths. Soon you will start understanding those complex pages of newspaper that you were ignoring since from you started reading.

You will not get any degrees for learning life skills for all these two years but the value will be more what you were learned through all your education.

Education – A wisdom wrapped up in a mission of money making

It’s a story about child who saw education as wisdom to live happily after attaining it. The child knows only one thing that to be good and respected in the society you should have a good education. He studied hard to get this; he went around every corner of the world to get it. He didn’t sleep for many years just got lost in the piles of books. He studied really hard to understand each word and sentence of the subjects he was seeking for the wisdom. He was having a high hope that after completing his education he can get whatever he wants but the fact was something else.

After completing the education child went back to his town seeking for respect and honor but nobody gave damn about this child turned young man. He tried to start a conversation with few of them but nobody replied in a manner he was seeking for. He was distress about the behavior of the people from his own town. He told some of them about his journeys around the world and the education he received by studying many parts of the world and again nobody gives a damn about this too. On the contrary he saw the people having piles of money instead of books are more respected in the society and all the educated people work under them to get respected.

He got one clue about the society that being respected doesn’t have any relation with the education. Education is meant for earning bread and butter. Soon he realized one more fact when people start asking him about his work. He told them about his interest in teaching and writing for the society , people laughed on him and said if you have to do this only why did you went to study so far ? You could go into the same profession from here also. People told him that go and get a job.

He was confused as everybody was telling him to get a job, instead after getting so much knowledge he was interested in changing the face of the society but nobody was interested in his money free mission. Then one day even his family told him to find his own butter to live the life and support them. Soon he realized that the world runs by money and education is one of the fuel to make it running. He went across many corporate sectors to find a job and everybody was asking to do something else apart from his education. He was totally disturbed by the employer’s question that want him to be like donkey who do only that work from which corporate is benefitted.

Finally he got a job that is little bit similar to the one he wanted to do. He joined the firm and astonished by the fact that people having less knowledge are on the higher positions just by doing some tantrums that is called relationship skills with the bosses. Being a highly educated man he was getting into depression by doing each of the garbage work he provided for. Soon he saw all the education is in the hand of few big money making people. If education can give money to them, they are interested into making it to reach the entire world if not they are trying to hide it.

He encountered many people having just one passion to earn money, even the people who got good education now have one goal to just keep move on the corporate ladder and earn money. He got so many shocks after joining the company that he started hating the whole education system. He got the answer why all the money with some of the people and rest all the world beg for cloth , shelter and food.

5 things to save while adopting and living in new Environment

The Environment around us is the main element that affects us a lot. It is the environment which tells us to live life in a way that we want to live or in a way like other want us to live. The people around us are the key one who directly or indirectly affects our behavior and our dreams. We think of doing all sorts of things to achieve dreams but as soon as we reach in some different environment we choose to opt out from our dreams and start to follow the common dreams of an environment and of people living it. The key sources that need to be taken care before involving to an environment more than required if you are living with the people having totally different tastes are-

1) Save your dreams- It is a normal case that we met hundreds of people in our life, some are having great life while others are having awesome, we admire from them and think to live like them in the contrary whatever our dreams are. The first point while living in an extremely different environment is to save the dreams that you are seeing for yourself. Everybody in this world has different goals don’t indulge yourself in any one of them.

2) Save your personality – Second point is saving yourself. Saving a person who actually you are. You don’t need to be like others. Everybody is having uniqueness and you too have, don’t ever try to change you. You can opt for good habits and can destroy bad ones but changing yourself, your behaviors, your likings, and your area of interests is not what I suggest. If you are living in a society it is normal that you will be motivated by the things that majority do but that doesn’t meant to change yourself.

3) Save your Interests- The environment is a diverse place. You will get thousands of people with thousands of interests. Some may force you to adopt their life styles by the way they live it. Your interests are the one that differentiate you from them. Never copy other interests but follow your heart from where these come.For example- If you are a morning person don’t change yourself to become late night if majority say to do it.

4) Save your thoughts- It is normal that thoughts start changing when you spent most of the times with people having common culture, thoughts,rituals and processes but don’t involve yourself in them, tell freely about yourself and exchange thoughts instead following their thoughts blindly.

5) Save your Lifestyles- Lifestyle is the trait that makes you differ from others in a way you live your life. The cloths you wear, the food you eat, the way you travel, the type of movie you watch, the places you visit, the people you are comfortable. All is your lifestyle; nothing is good nothing is bad. it only differs from person to person. Some may say to you this is not the way to live; listen to them but don’t change. Never ever change yourself if you think you have a different taste.

Saving your Ideas, emotions, dreams, goals, traits, culture, habits and interests are as important as learning new ones.

WHY EDUCATION IS NOT ONLY A BUNDLE OF DEGREES?

Education means to get into IIT, IIM, NIFT and other top major institutes across the country which builds world class technical graduates as society worship them and companies pay them heavily for their skills. Is it so the definition of education?

I don’t know when but the concept came into the society that a person earning more is more educated , a person succeeding more is more educated , a person seen in more events as a guest is more educated. I was wondering about the thoughts of education why it is so? Then I realized it’s not the person but the bundle of degrees behind the person is highlighting him/her as a more educated in the society.

I personally accept the fact that education is not just about degrees its more about sense of humor , touch of emotions , understanding of feelings , judgment of right and wrong , respect of others but is it so in the society ? If not... then why?

Education is seen as a bundle of degrees now .A painter is uneducated if he/she has not a degree in painting and it does not depend upon the amount of education his/her paintings conveying to the society. A writer’s imagination is of no use if he/she is not holding a degree in literature. It’s the society who makes it compulsory to have a certificate of degree before excelling in any field.

Is it only the degrees responsible for educating a person? Is it a person who is illiterate by degree does not have any sort of education?

Education means not to have just degree but to have knowledge about that degree , education is not to earning more but to dressing the mind more with the thoughts , education is just not to succeeding more but to succeeding the soul in the work . Education is not just to mug the concepts and earn the marks it is more to understand the concepts and to use it for the society.

I salute to those who earned respect in the society not on the basis of degree but on the basis of their work in the society. A college drop outs can become entrepreneur and world richest person, it’s only the vision towards the work a person doing in the right way called to him an educated person.

What is a story?

I don’t think it’s some jargon or a heavy meaning word that you don’t know, it’s a simple what is actually a story is? You are listening stories since from your childhood from parents, grandparents, teachers, in home, in classes, with friends, with shopkeepers, everywhere you are narrating a story to make a conversation stronger and catchier or anybody is doing the same with you. Did you ever notice how easily you narrate a story around you to save yourself from punishment by your parents or teachers, how you made a stories in your schools about forgetting a homework or forgetting a copy. How you narrating a story in front of girlfriends and boyfriends in various moments? In fact your life is totally revolving around stories and you can understand what better the story is?

How you can tell story in your work culture?

Whether you are going for an interview or going for a simple discussion with your boss or teachers, just make story around it, it’s better to tell the incident while narrating into story than in a direct way. when you go for an interview tell them about how you made yourself capable for this job depicting about your hard work , about your smart work , about your projects , about your aims & goals. When you are going for a discussion with some senior make story around it about the work you are involving, how the clients are behaving? How the colleagues are behaving? How you are facing difficulties and what’s the solution of it?

What makes a good story?

A good story is not where you tell about everything from beginning to end , it’s somewhat in between the struggle and success, you can’t make a good story until you don’t have any prediction about your future , you cannot make a good story until you have not a case studies in your hand of the same type . an entrepreneur, businessman, boss, student or a teacher is not going to win situation by simply narrating a story but from a good story, a good story is having a taste, humor, facts, reality, incidents, emotions .when you see an advertisements what you feel they are nothing but just a story around a product that makes you fall in it to buy it. The same can be applied to yourself if you want to sell yourself for anything just make a good story around your career, personality, freedom ,aims , goals and expectations.

What people love to listen from your story?

People never love you telling about your good side, it seems that you are overreacting and branding yourself in front of them, people love to listen your dark side, full of with struggles and about the theme how you have attained so much. People never listen the results but they want to listen the process of results. Just dictate them about how you got this entire if you are in a good position, tell them how you are struggling if you are in a bad position but never tell them exactly in which position you are? Story is about telling it in a way after judging the mood of person, even your grandparents or parents told you stories according to your mood in your childhood, some stories have lessons in them, some have an entertainment in them but you were listening each and every story with same passion. People have same tendency yet if you tell them story according to their moo they will listen them with same passion whatever may be your story is.

After reading these four points I think you are now in a position to understand about “ the art of storytelling “ it’s an art like any other work once you are good in it nothing can stop you to make you success. The points are not exactly the same from workshop but I understood from this workshop by a great personality Mr. Sankalp Kohli. It’s a long discussion topic I write it in a short form, i will go into detail someday about this very catchy discussion part by part.

Its story of most people who are facing challenges in day to day life, either it is related to their livelihood or it is related to their working, the most common problem they faced is to fighting for the time to spent for themselves, somewhere they are happy while somewhere they are sad about their environment. I moved on streets to search why actually the problem is, everyone now a days is so busy that talking on them feel like we are talking with robots. It’s all started when a child slowly entered into the life of teenage and remains throughout the life with problems at different stages, did you realize anything about you? what are the most of the situations which worried you? For many it may be different but for most it’s the situation when we are engaged with lie one way or other and fearing about if anyone knows the truth what will happen, there are certainly other situation in which you engaged because it is related to you direct or indirect but if I am talking about the situation when we put ourselves into the problems because of our working styles and decisions, so you can control yourself from putting yourself into the problem by taking your decisions calmly.

There are certain situations in life when we are engaged with a work where it needs sudden reply to answer to the problem and emotions play very great role in it ,if you are excited there may be possibility that you end with accepting offer if you are in dull mood possibly you may say no, but here situation is not according to the mood you have to keep your emotions with yourself and think through your mind whether it is the only thing you want from you then give your reply .it will certainly affect your future time. If you are free then okay to take but if you are already burdened with other work then due to this might you will not end with better results in already pending work so use 24 hours to allot work according to how much you can do, never ever so eager to take the things, multi-tasking is better thing but not at the cost of affecting your work.

One bad habit we usually put with ourselves is to work a thing just before it needs, we do not prioritize our work and do only certain work according to our needs or our caliber but wait you can make it better by prioritizing work and then completing on time. If you have all work completed on time, there is no point to worry for future things also your work will have a schedule and you will do work according to that. Face the work from front instead of avoiding it and to run from it this can make us something really feel good and we will be in the better situation than we usually have to.

Some people doing better in their life may end with lot of problems at later stages of their life due to their insecure behavior or taking diversion from their aim, it’s not always easy to cope up the situations you are travelling across the roads ,there are lot more things we have to travel in the near future ,either in term of goals or in term of settlements. There are always possibility that you will fail in your aim it does not make any sense to be demotivate from it but it makes a sense to take lessons from it and do further activities that can cause to take your aim and life back.

Some people always want to develop something in their present but due to situations not favoring them they can’t make it but working regularly on it makes a sense that it will end up in a work that is certainly help to make future of the work.

We have a past associated with our self and it may have good or bad experiences and also we have future associated with us which we want to make a better than what we can imagine but it doesn’t give any sense to make our present pathetic. If we enjoy our present then certainly we are going to enjoy our future.

There will be certain people who will meet you and ask about your future plans but why they are concerning about it either to compare their life or to know more possibilities happening around you in the future.do not take it ever seriously anything related to other person who are in connection with you, just follow your dreams and your goals, whatever you will get it will be only yours and many people who are advising about it do not take care it at all.

So be happy be cool be original and be safe from and to other peoples, this is only the law of success.

world sets up many examples in front of you that success comes at the point when you are totally exhausted and you don't feel that it will not work anymore but you tend to work more hardly for getting it as you know you are born to just attain for it, you have a firm desire to attaining success and the next days are possibly may converted into success on your parameters.

Step 1.clear your aim/goal/target-

The first step is to clear the things around you, clear the thoughts around you, clear the people around you who never want to see you accomplishing your goal, now set the parameters of your targets, goals to get it.

Step 2. Set your path-

now this is a perfect time to set your future path on which you will be going to attain the success in life, select the best among many, research on it before choosing it, check the peoples who have attained it before you and mark the as your well wishers to get help from them.

Step 3. Plan the passion-

This is time for planning it, you have already selected the path, now plan according to it to gain the speed and momentum in attaining success.

Step 4. Work hard-

the best thing to get any goals is to work hard continuously on it, never discourage from failures even Thomas failed thousands times before inventing a bulb , so how you can demotivate by only few failures, do hard work until you don't get success.

Step 5.success is yours-

The final step you have got a success now it’s time to celebrate it, go for better ideas and retain your success ,do mentoring more people, help others to attain it.
