Time changes, it changes very fast. We go so busy in our life that we ultimately lost our purpose of living life, a life that we created in our dreams with our own imagination. A life full of travel, adventure, crazy and bumpy rides. Time is the real culprit; we start our journey in hope of something else and end up doing something else. There are diversions, distractions and people who helps us to forget our dreams.

Every year there are hundreds of ups and down in our life as each of it changes us a little and those little changes change us completely. Why we are so busy in a race that we completely neglect our soul to think of, to think about our ambition, goal, journey and life that we always want to have. We are in so hurry about finding new things that we completely stop giving attention to the things we already had. When we look 4-5 years down the line, we find ourselves completely different. If we had given a choice, we would never choose our future like this.

Laziness seeps into our body and morning routines no more in the schedule. Whom do we blame when we lost in our life? Exactly we blame the environment but no we should blame to ourselves. We should blame to the greedy person that reside inside us who is killing all the things that use to rejuvenate once. The person who killed all the hobbies, killed all the ignite that use to be the cause of participation in extracurricular activities, killed zeal to play sports and do exercise. The person who killed the inspiration to move butt and do something of our own. We have to blame the person and not the environment, not the neighbor, not person sitting next neither the culture nor the religion. It is we who made our life miserable and we have to accept it; we are the losers who killed ourselves just for the sake of little comfort.

Whenever we saw our future in the past we always saw ourselves of some value but when we see ourselves in the present we are nothing but a person with no aim , no goals , no ambition nothing. Our final target becomes just to earn money, earn money for what? When we sell our time earning money we get hardly any time to enjoy it. We sell our souls and involve ourselves into the activities that we never thought of and never ever imagine that we will do it. We go in the trap of this vicious circle of sitting and watching Netflix, ordering online and doing nothing. Not even a single activity that can truly tell our soul that yes this is you did for me.

We hardly care for anything and never sit to see what is going on in ourselves. What we actually wanted to have and we are trying for? What are my passions and targets and where am I investing the time. Not everything in our life is to please others. Sometimes we need to please ourselves, we need to look into our soul and we need to plan what it wants from us.

Our whole life productivity depends upon this single word “Focus”. A person who wants to attain and achieve something from life is need to be focused towards his/her goal but my question – is it possible in the era where so many distractions available at the fingertip?

We are not getting bored in today’s world, even for a second if we have nothing to do our automatically search for mobile phones start processing and soon we are into the world of limitless knowledge and garbage both. When we don’t allow us to think and spend time in silence what actually happens to our thought? Yes, actually we kill them. A bored mind can lead to a thousand of ideas to work on but a busy mind none.

All the classrooms we ever attended back in life, the grasping power was very dependent on this word, and the more focused we were in the classroom the better we were at the subjects. There were distractions in the times from the window , from the backseat , from the front seat , from the side and from everywhere but still we kept our focus on the board to learn what teacher was trying to teach but the case is no more now. We do not read books anymore if we read also we cannot concentrate for long time, we do not sit and think about all possibility that we can do in the time we have. We do not priorities things and always get indulge into the activities that kill our time which we call with proud as a time pass.

Do we really stopped focusing on the things? There are people still there who are so focused into their work and life that they hardly care about anything going around them but they are few in numbers and number is large for them who are so unfocused about their life and work that they continuously keep putting their nose in everything around the corner. They think themselves as intellectuals and never have any followers other than the virtual ones. They never get bored and thus they do not have their own thoughts but a thought borrowed from someone else.

The basic instinct of human to focus is decreasing gradually because of automation, our mind is not moving for the thoughts, and we do not memorize things anymore, as google is always present for us. The technology that was created for us to help in our day-to-day problem is eating our brain.

There is no harm with the technology but using technology for believing every false propaganda, every photo shopped images, every tempered audio and video clips, every non-sense thing that people post on Facebook and twitter is really a concern here. As we stopped focusing anymore, we do not go behind the facts and believe everything. We do not get bored anymore so we do not think what is happening around us is right or wrong. We just flowing with the flow without even thinking about our destination and journey.

The responsibility don’t come only when you are deeply involved in something but sometimes it comes naturally to you if you are in a profession of communication. A profession that deals with communicating thoughts, ideas, stories, meaning, revolution or anything. Mostly writers are the one who communicate with rest of the world very often. People read them and get inspire from them. They get to travel an era of some 16^th century or sometimes even go to the future with the way writer pursue the scenes in writing.

The responsibility that I think should come to writer is-

There are lot of people search multiple things everyday on the internet and it is our responsibility to provide them accurate and correct knowledge. It is our responsibility to help them in finding the solution for what they are searching for rather than deviating them for any other path. We are the people who change the world and is our responsibility to say bad to bad and good to good.

Welcome in the year of 2018. It has been a wonderful journey in 2017 with all of you, although I was not able to write as much as what I promised but still I got a very good response on the little I have shared with you, Thanks for that.

 This year 2018 is going to be a different, while in the previous year I had written on multiple topics this year it is going to all about philosophy, psychology, history, book reviews, and personality interaction.  There is so many depression, hopelessness, dullness; poverty is all around us, this year let us try to do something to eradicate it. I will be writing on the topics that is going to touch these points.

For College students I will be starting a separate blog in a view of entertaining to them only. That will be a mixture of technical topics, soft skills, interview preparation and job hunting. I am trying to cater them separately as there are very good number of readers who want these on a regular basis.

This year I am completing 6 years of this blog that itself is possible because of your regular interaction and love you have shown to me. When I started the blog in college, I was not aware of where it will go. I was writing topics on multiple things from experiences to journeys to travelling to technical knowledge but soon I found genre when you accepted articles that revolves around everyday life. A life that we common people live. There are some characteristics that are common to every human whether he/she is some high-class businessperson or low class labor. We all have emotions and feel different moods at different times. We often interact with each other and find ourselves in different situation where there is no formula to act. We feel betrayed, neglected and ignored. We also sometimes get loyalty, happiness and welcome from others. It is all part of life, with this blog I am just trying to tell you that do not lose hope in your worst and do not put ego around you in your best.

Life is a journey and it is meant for us to feel every situation. It is meant for us to fail and learn from it. There is no shortcut to success; we have to do both smart and hard work to attain it. I wish you all the best for this year and hope that you will maintain your calm in both good and bad situation. I hope you will progress and achieve your dreams by progressing the society. There are so many people who do not get the fruits of life, I hope this year we all will help them to move forward in life and will respect everyone with dignity and without judging them by their profession. The world is already have lot of hatred , this year let us try to spread the love , affection and dreams. Let’s remember this year for sharing and caring.
