IIM (Indian institute of management) -Lucknow one of the best management institute in the country and MANFEST one of the awesome management festival of the country. I got a chance to be a part of it through YOUNG LEADERS PROGRAM organized by IIM-L. I was unable to write for a very long time due to my busy schedules but here it goes a series of articles from my pen extremely for you from some great experiences I faced recently. So first one is a session by Harsh Mariwala sir extremely enthusiastic , full of power , full of motivation , full of struggle , it was totally an inspirational teachings to the young entrepreneurs from this extra ordinary person. Harsh Mariwala controls Marico, the $2.2 billion (market cap) consumer goods firm best known for its Parachute hair oil, Saffola cooking oil and more recently, Saffola breakfast cereals such as oats and muesli. Earlier this year he restructured the $740 million (sales) firm, combining its domestic and international businesses into one unit under one CEO.

Mr. Mariwala focused on many issues but what I want to tell you about some basic concepts that if in an organization it’s been regulate, it will be boost energy to the work culture. The article is based on totally my views and what I understood from his speech that talks about three points.

Openness in an organization

1. Open house culture- individual must be free to ask anything about their work or either they may be encourage to do so , because an organization will never go to success unless and until its employee is not going to success. The terror and strictness must be there but not so that employee will take back their steps before asking anything.

2. Relationship reviews - it tells about the likes and dislikes in an organization , lets people talk about it , when you know the dislikes its better to improve the facility for them and you heard about likes it’s better to praise your employee for it.

3. Clear policies- Clear policies must be circulate in the organizations about performing and not performing of the activities and work, this will reduce the confusion between different levels of management orders.

4. Trust in an organization- whether or not this is an important aspect for anybody to succeed in an organization and its path goes from the trust in an organization , without trusting organization and its policies one cannot contribute to the success of him/her self or an organization.

5. Job rotation- it’s the nature of human being that he/she got bored quickly from their work , job rotations makes them to concentrate about their work by doing variety of tasks , an organization must have this culture for their employees to make feel them they are working in a company having diverse work culture.

Innovation

· Innovation is something that makes feel you doing something extraordinary that do not exists in this world currently now, it’s something that is used to do for getting extra mile from your competitors using limited resources you have , it’s that something that can change the scenario of the world on a single day , it’s that something what you call the technology is today now , it’s that something what you have in your smart phones and in your minds. Yes Mr. Mariwala told about it also-

1. Innovation can be attained by doing the regular and real results.

2. Innovation can be attained by doing the things differently.

3. Innovation can be attained for an organization when top management does not hesitate for making decisions.

4. Innovation can be attained by believing in own idea.

How It can be achieved?

4. Entrepreneurs do few things but they do in an excellent works.

5. Portfolio choice is very important for an entrepreneur.

8. Influencing others by social, talent, trust, image, culture is an important.

After reading about 843 words you are thinking about actually what I had written apart from my image , yeah I know the article is written on the basis of speech and up to some extent I written my views in between them but in short if the organization or an individual wants to conquer the world in its field, these points must be adopted one cannot make out innovation without having entrepreneurship culture and it will not fit into organization unless and until organization is not adopted to the open work culture , it’s the success that can be achieved by combining all of them under a single roof.

FIVE FACTORS AFFECTING SATISFACTION IN OUR LIFE

Let’s discuss about some factors that need a focus from our life, it’s about our happiness, it’s about our sleeping orders, it’s about our decisions, it’s about our relationships, it’s about our understandings, it’s about our satisfactions, I am going to talk one by one do comment what you realize about it and what’s your problem in adjusting it, it’s more a discussion rather than a article.

Happiness – the term happiness whenever coined in our mind, we start imagination about the smiles, happy faces, glowing eyes, fresh environment, positive attitude, good relationships. Is it any certificate we need to do all , yes the answer is no , it’s inside us what makes us feel good or bad , its inside us what make us feel best or worst , the thoughts inside the mind are more responsible for whatever we do mainly in our mind , as we start thinking positively the mind start acting freely and this lead to do the work in more better way which take through better results and certainly this lead to a happiness and everybody associated that person will be happy as such no fake factors inside his body.

The most essential thing in our life is happiness if we cannot find this we are incomplete, if we cannot find a way to lead our life we cannot find anything attractive, so its better to make our mind free and always think positive whatever the case may be.

Sleeping orders- sleeping patterns after our life to a lot of extent, most of the doctors and famous personalities pointed out on this that it must not be less than 6 hours, as battery need a charger to function more effectively, similar a body need a sleep to work efficiently and our whole happiness depend on sleep, a sound sleep results in sound mind which automatically connects with every work, habit and decisions. A better sleep may do not make us drowsy during work, it also may not lead us feel shame during meetings or in classrooms, it always gives you a happy face and mind.

Decisions- decisions reflects us and our personality, what we decide today is the outcome we face in near future, the way we took our problems and solve in order to get decisions shows how we sincere are in our work , the decisions needs time to act on it , it needs a thoughts to work on it , it is not certainly a simple task that we can decide in few minutes , if we think deep in it , it is all an important task like any other important activity , the judgment about any decision must be given by us after judging the positive and negative both side of it.

Relationships- relationships define the behavior and reactions towards our life, what we do with others they respond back in the same way, we must try to behave in the same way what we expect back from them ,the cunning nature , the sad face , the terrified eyes , the egoistic attitude all reflects negative factors in our personality , we must neglect that kind of nature from which everyone go way , the relationships with friends , with wife , with colleagues, with family members all need the same kind of response from them.

Understandings- it is also one of the factor that affects our life to a larger extent , what we see we understand from it , what we visualize we predict from it , what we listen we judge from it , what we think we represent from it , so the most part of understanding is its information , we must to check about what we receiving is correct or incorrect , we must to check about what we giving is right or wrong , we should not try to harass , comment , predict , punish to anybody whom judgment is just based on the facts we receive from our environment. We must to understand the feelings, the habits, the consequences, the positions of everything what we face in our life in a correct way, in this way only we can build our relationships and all in an effective way.

These all sums into a satisfaction in our life, these five factors are the main source of satisfaction what we want to achieve in our life.

difference between imagination and real life of a writer

Imagination and real life both are a different and in case of writing it is totally a different. A writer combines imagination with the real stories which comes out to be a greatest articles but people compare the stories of them with the stories what they written in their articles .a real life in which a writer live is his/her life and he/she does not represent much of it in articles although writer always motivates from the situations and results what they face in their life to convert them into articles. In many cases writer choose the story of friends to write for the mass such that they can learn from it, in some cases a writer takes an interview with some of the person to write an article, in rest cases they write about their personal experiences but they mention it.

in the initial phase of writing in which I am is a phase in which writer cannot define what they are actually writing and what they should write to get attention of people although some of the articles get an attention but mostly not because writer do not know which audience they are targeting. In most cases the people and the friends which are close one thought writer to be a mad person and they do not actually get to read their articles in which some stories are from themselves experiences.

Writer real life can be a very happy life with lot of events and circumstances involved which makes them active in all format but maybe a writer writes an article for the poor and sad people it does not mean that it is the story of a writer there may be some instances that are matching with their story but the point is that the writer is overwhelmed by the condition of people and writes article for them.

I met some of my readers they said the articles you are writing is related to you? I shocked by their questions and replied them not all some of them are from mine but some of them are not. They told me many of think that what you actually write is your life and what you show to people is a pretending one. I replied them the real life and the article life is totally different , in real life a person is the exact what they are but in the articles it is not only I involved but my friends , my relatives and my guest person stories involved so if I write about love it does not mean I am in love , if I write about some accident it does not mean I am in accident, if I write about some war it does not mean I am fighting in war , take articles as a matter of a common way , it is not personally associated with anyone , enjoy the good part in it and neglect the bad part , if the article is good comment on it and if it is bad then reject it and do comment on it . A writer main aim is not to write his autobiography in a single article but to entertain the person , the difference between fiction and non-fiction articles are therefore identified.

If a person write about some biography then he/she clearly said it , if a person write a drama it is shown in the meaning of it , if a person write a short stories it is about some person or a group , if a person write article for the mass it means it is mainly for majority not for his/her life or any others personal life. the basic thought I want to say that understand the difference between real life and imagination , do not impose the character in the article with the character of a writer .

<![endif]-->What is the best way to decide what we want from the future? life is unexpected ,someday we are on the top while other day we are down, someday we want to attain the peak while other we want to evade from it ,someday we love mountain other day we want to go close to the sea, is it life ? Is it desire? Is it our main aim to lead this beautiful world? Who we are? What we want? Where we want to go? Someday or other day everybody is asking the same question with yourself? We start living life in hope to get all the dreams and goals what we are expecting in our day to day life but what happen? Are we getting what we want to achieve? Is everything is so easy to get it? Is every place where we want to go is so safe? We do not have the answer of any question still we want to achieve what we dream and we desire what is it? Yes I will tell you what is it?

It is really a serious case to understand what actually is happening in most of our life , there is a road ,we are in the house ,some people came inside and told I was in the journey on the road and was much happy and excited there as of now , he/she shares stories with us , a child inside us want to know and feel the same depicted by our story teller, here comes a desire to look for a life outside the house ,here comes a dream to live a life on the journey of road , here comes a hope to becoming like a story teller.

There is a chain which is growing slowly , we are changing in the story tellers but at some time the story tellers become in a large number and the road to travel remain same ,now it starts the word competition yes competition ,now the people on the road starts fighting with each other and the person who is inside is winner and become the story teller , the person who went to defeat are known as defeaters , now nobody is living in the house everyone is fighting on the road , the road got a red color of blood , the road which was plain and straight now become a road with lot of fighters , the road is divided between us.

Each division got a new set of rules and regulations on the part of road , those who are more powerful become the king of large part of road , time again changes road is the same dictators changed and yes the no of houses increases but the road remain same , now the fight is not just to remain on the road but to ride effectively on it as of now road is divided but the technique is not , yes the more powerful person having a good technique can travel on the road more effectively , the people inside houses become the fan of them.

It was just a imagination don’t lost in the road is the world which is got divided into countries , houses are the family , the story teller is none other than the person who discovered the most part of the world and inspire the earlier king to travel to win more roads(countries), the technique are the professions, the person with better skills are doctors,enginers,architects,businessman,lawyers who know how to earn more and how to ride effectively( how to live better in a country).

Yes now you get it , I am talking about the same , I am talking about the behavior and desire of a person , which changed from time to time ,sometimes it was just a desire to travel and sometime it is to fight but I am not going into the deep, I just want to tell the life is simple if we want to live it in simple , everybody in this world come with different mindset so every people must understand , yes competition is good but not at the cost of happiness, if we want to achieve some higher task ,we must have a reason for it not just only the money , now a day’s people do it for money but please understand it life comes only once and we should to devote it for what we like not for what money can be earn , do the profession which motivate you , do the task which enthusiasm you , just do it what you want , money is a small thing to be earn , more is the value and our respect in front of only one person who is yourself.

HOW TO START PROGRAMMING AND WHAT SHOULD TO DO FOR IT?

I had gone through many mails on my mail and found students are having mostly problems in understanding programming languages .Students are suffering more who are from non cs background in 12^th, they have same queries regarding what should I do,I have got a not so good college neither I have any programming experience so I am writing this article specially for the section of students who want to learn and practice programming and wants to remove fear of it.

Here are the few points by which you people can remove fear of it, first of all start loving your work, what you have chosen to pursue your career, programming is going to become your profession and your need and your ultimate future so you have to give attention to it from your heart and mind both. Some people may be already know programming while some may be good in programming but do not at them look at yourself, where you are strong? What you want to learn? .how your logics are good? How your math’s is ?

So questions are coming in your mind where to start? How to start? , when to start? Not everything can be learned quickly you have to focus on what you desire, what you expecting, what you want to do, you have to give a time for yourself.

C language- c is the basic language to start a programming career ,if you cannot understand the c you cannot do anything regarding programs, you have to think about loops, you have to think about pointers ,you have to think about structures ,so take a book of HEAD FIRST C ,or download it from website and start practicing and reading it one by one, you will get thorough knowledge from it, you can understand the language far more better anything else ,now once you had done this go to LET US C by yashwant kanetkar and here you will learn how to apply your logics into program it is not that much tough to understand. Just stick to the concepts.

Object Oriented Programming- it’s better to first know about the concepts of classes,objects,features of object oriented language,inheritance,polymorphism,access modifiers before start writing programs in it .once you started it ,you already know c now you can easily put your concepts of variables ,methods ,functions to it and you are one, in my opinion its best to start with JAVA and again HEAD FIRST JAVA is the best book and you can visit javatpoint.com to your lists o it, when you start reading this book ,do all sorts of programming in it, do all sorts of projects given, do all the exercises given, I can bet you will be mastered and in few days you can feel the power of programming.

Databases-this is another concept which will strong your connectivity among the programs, learn query language SQL which will tell you how to connect the data in database and how to fetch records from it, it is an easy language for best to learn query language download the book LEARN SQL IN 21 DAYS by SAMS publication ,everything written there ,from triggers to join, from update to search, from normalization to transaction ,you have to learn all and for concepts best book is KORTH and JNTU website materials, they are more than enough to understand it.

After learning it go to understand the swings and AWT in java these give you the strong foundation to develop GUI applications and desktop software’s, for GUI go to the oracle website and learn from it.

Websites – To develop website learn any language PHP, c#+.net ,j2ee now you can learn anything ,you know every basics to learn and perform programs ,you are your own driver now you can go in anything programming is a fun rather than a burden and with the invent of IDE ,Hibernate ,LINQ, everything is easy in this world you have to just think ,code will be automatically generated by the IDE’s and even in databases hibernate(J2EE) .LINQ(.NET) is so powerful that you do not have care of anything ,follow simple steps and you code is ready for you.

Designing – designing is simple HTML ,JSP,JSTL code and w3schools is the best site to understand it and if you are not comfortable go for HEAD FIRST BOOKS ,these books are totally different and concepts strike directly to your mind after reading from it.

2015 TCS ASPIRANTS lets have look on my sizzling TCS interview 2014, I do not know it helps you to crack or not but I am sure it will certainly help you to know the interview process from somewhat closer point of view from where you are seeing until today.

Interview process was divided into 5 stages

1) Verbal ability

2) Aptitude (exempted for top -5 from each branch)

3) Technical Round

4) Managerial Round

5) HR Round

As I was among the top 5 in my branch so I had to clear the only verbal ability test .Those who were not fighted for aptitude test also .i am giving you a brief detail about each round, so read carefully………………………

Verbal ability –

In Verbal ability test, I had given a question to write an email to the supervisor for a picnic with a new team member for increasing bonding in them with a set of phrases.it was compulsory to use all the phrases given in the question .the best way to write the email in a world limit is

Dear Mr. Name (first name only whatever given in the question)

Body of letter(include all the phrases by combining words that make a sense and meaning given in question without spelling and grammatical errors you have to just good in basics of connecting words there is no upper limit but lower limit was 50 so do not write more than 75 words and not less than 50 words).

If you had written the way I described you can easily crack the verbal ability test.

Aptitude

Just prepare your basics from rs agarwaal book then choose arun sharma cat book and solve question up to level 2 as much as you can in 2 months if you do not have time just go for m4maths.com and try to solve at least 50 pages or 500 questions, if you had done it you are in. many of my friends who followed the same pattern had cleared aptitude test with an easy way. Just follow to clear the basics ,strength your areas in which you are good ,do not mug up whole the concept ,you have to clear only cutoff so take it easy and doing question from website will help you a lot.

Technical

Technical round is an easy round if you have knowledge to perform the task. For this round get stick to the one programming language, and two of your favorite subjects, I had given java, database and operating systems.

First question I was asked was fragmentation I explained it clearly.

Second question to print a pattern in java I had done with it was just to check do you know about loop or not and I solved it.

Third one is to tell the difference between final, finally and finalized (thanks to headfirst java) I explained them with a new and correct concepts interviewer impressed.

Forth one was a puzzle problems(again thanks to shakuntala devi puzzles to puzzle) solved both puzzle in a good time again impressed as I was first to solve one puzzle from them which was not solved by earlier ones. This was enough to clear the technical round, just focus on what you know.

MR Round

After clearing technical round we reached to Mr round many students got rejected. For mr round just prepare your one hobby, about your project what you are doing, about yourself ,who you are ,presenting or you can say selling yourself, emerging technologies in your area ,your interests in curricular activities.

If you had done so much you can easily clear your round in my case

1. Tell me about yourself(told them)

2. Tell me something about passion (I have blogging told them by a link and twitter profile ;) )

3. Emerging technologies (presented them cloud computing and big data).

4. If you can send anywhere whether you will go(I love to travel, in my case it was my hobby you can tell your answer)

5. If you will send in customer relation will you go (as a fresher I want to join the platform from where I can explore myself for growth and better future purpose. Tata is itself a brand and working under brand doesn’t matter what you are doing after experience and according to my ability management will certainly make a good decision).

6. What is your programming language (told them java and talk little bit about it).

At last I was selected for hr round.

You have to keep patience and confidence regarding it, certainly you will be selected by it.

HR Round

In this round keep your patience and faith on yourself they will try to demoralized you by behaving unexpectedly but keep confidence and do whatever they said. You will be asked for bond and background checking ,location just say them positively,hr may also can ask you about strength and weakness give them and be ready to give explanation at last I got selected after waiting for 4 hour for result.

How we should win the competition and treat it

So people what strategy you choose when you see yourself in a competition ,either you see yourself in a forward player facing it from front or you see yourself as a backward player facing it from back fronting someone else. Both cases defines a certain kind of behavior about you.one defines you as a winner while other winner on someone else work. I am writing this article because I faced situations in which a competition is taken by people in not a true sense what it should treat.

Competition is a race in which many people run with their resources, energy, tactics, techniques just to only win and it is healthy if everyone follow the same set of rules but some people use unfair means to win but that is the other case, everyone knows about it how fair the competition in today’s world, but what I am going to emphasize is a different case. I am going to tell you a funny situation in which people take other people in a competition although other one is not participating in it by own. Let see some example with this:-

I am in race

First thing people say to them is I am in race and many people already in race. There start several events in which winner is different for each ,but as the competition is same ,some people developed themselves and starts habit of wining while other who never won any competition till now is now losing hope about to be in competition.

I am out of race

The other kind of people thinking that this race is not for them they should choose some other option, some lost the dreamt to become winner and left the competition while some still in a hope to win.

I am back

The people who left out are no remain in competition but some people left in a competition with a hope trying harder and harder to win it by improving their skills, and the winner section team who makes a habit to win are little careless but it doesn’t affects their performance because they knew tricks already how to win and already doing it from many events but they got bored and in some event those hardworking people won and they say I am back, celebration starts by their community of people but the winner section have a smile on their face” chalo koi to gaya aage “.

I am winner

A dedication towards their work, towards their goal makes them in a winner category those who left out the competition might they can also become winner but it is the self-motivation, self-desire and self-respect that gain them a winner status and the people who were already winner are got bored but they didn’t lost all the events but some only.

Here comes a topic to discuss after working so hard, facing a many difficulties ,facing separation, facing struggle if you become winner there is no need to compete in every step if someone in throughout your life is winner you cannot make hatred with it is because of his/her dedication become winner and you because of yours ,now it becomes totally different world to choose the next step after becoming winner and finishing the competition but what goes it here for some people lets see….

I am in competition

Although the competition is over but still some of the people who are new winner wants more win thus they felt that competition is still running, they have a child inside it which always says I will win all the events, those who were the winner throughout their life choose next step and become a part of competition of different category but the people who win rarely see themselves in the competition with a very fewer number of people.

I am best

The feeling about I am best is totally waste at this time because you cannot compare a hockey player with a football player on a cricket match, they all have a different taste of competition and they all have a different set of skills you cannot say that I have a bungalow thus I won the competition, you cannot say I have a car thus I won the competition, now competition is no more in life it is just about the great interests and passion towards work. The person cannot be best on his own there must be a lot of people who should have to say you are best. The industries divided, the organization divided, the profession divided hence the competition is also divided.

I just write the article to say some people that it is very good to be in competition ,it is very good to be in race is very good to be in winner but it is not good to compare with others success or failures, everyone has a different taste to live their life ,some wants to become king of their profession some wants to enjoy their profession ,everyone is different in this world and you cannot say that you are best ,it is good to make healthy competition where everyone should concentrate o their skills, their work, their tactics, their tricks, their techniques and then develop something that can lead you a respect in the market ,that can make you famous among people, that can make you winner in real sense ,up to college education or school education everyone ride the same bicycle to win the race built later on everything is different so kill the child inside you and see where the world is ,turn around your thoughts, turn around your skills, turn around yourself and do something extra ordinary that world will salute you and say you are the best like Steve jobs did, like bill gates did, like buffet did, like Tata ,Birla, Ambani did, like Tendulkar, fedrar, fleps,schumakar,tiger did ,choose your field where best you can did and do the things right now.

“HUNGER” a word when comes across your mind what do you think? Do you think about food? Do you think about money? Do you think about freedom? Or like the same. If yes, then you are on the right same track most people following across the life .here I am talking about the HUNGER of SUCCESS which changes from childhood to the adulthood at different extent ,either the situation responsible for it or the atmosphere but what we did at it?

Let us have a recap of life so it starts when you first time go into the field of competition either in the playground or in the school you participate it because you want to win, but winner is not a tea of every cup thus some got success while other failures but you do not lost hope to win, every day you go to the same and do the same only just to win and win. You have a hunger which increases day by day and when you win it’s the situation of extreme joy and you have more faith than before in you. That was the symbol of positive thoughts in you. But as you move up in your life competition start increasing, first you were in competition with the people of your area then best joins and compete with in the city, you still hopeful and always believe in participating than winning but if you do not got many success in next few competition although you are trying hard to win and here you start losing your hope after sacrificing so many hours in it.do not be panic at this time there are lot of things which can you earn your success of hunger again here they are--------------

Always believe on yourself- this is the first point which let your hunger live. Believing in yourself, I know if you believe in yourself like a child believe while learning to ride cycle one day surely you will get success but it will only happen if you remain left with hunger for it.

Never compromise with the results- compromising is an art but in case of success if you compromise the hunger to win will fade out slowly. If you want to be singer, never ever end with becoming only listener of song just try for it, if you do not getting opportunity just go and explore the area there are lot of opportunity in every field across the world.

Motivate yourself through books- books are one of the best friends that will teach you how to motivate,get any book start reading it that is related with your success, if you do not getting it start with any entrepreneurs biography’s because they are the person who faced major challenges in life, you will learn from it and can easily get some tips to survive your hunger .

Neglect the persons around you –it does not mean that you should neglect them but neglect their negative thoughts, their negative environment but always be ready to learn positive things from them you will see how you can get your success.

HUNGER is what you want from inside to reach the success. It will only help you when you work hard for it, when you work with dedication, when you will work with motivation there is a simple example you was working in 8^th to get a class 9^th .you work in class 12^th to get admitted into higher education but patience starts fading in graduation when you want just money or job to survive but to desire for it think about your childhood dreams, think about you promise to the someone, think about what you had said to the friends about work style you want. Just go for it manage yourself to learn from environment, from failures, from risks but do not make die your hunger for success.it should be increase with every failure and in term of fading it must be in glowing .its the law of nature when you put your efforts for something in a right direction you will sure get it earlier or later so be with patience to survive your hunger for success.

Its story of most people who are facing challenges in day to day life, either it is related to their livelihood or it is related to their working, the most common problem they faced is to fighting for the time to spent for themselves, somewhere they are happy while somewhere they are sad about their environment. I moved on streets to search why actually the problem is, everyone now a days is so busy that talking on them feel like we are talking with robots. It’s all started when a child slowly entered into the life of teenage and remains throughout the life with problems at different stages, did you realize anything about you? what are the most of the situations which worried you? For many it may be different but for most it’s the situation when we are engaged with lie one way or other and fearing about if anyone knows the truth what will happen, there are certainly other situation in which you engaged because it is related to you direct or indirect but if I am talking about the situation when we put ourselves into the problems because of our working styles and decisions, so you can control yourself from putting yourself into the problem by taking your decisions calmly.

There are certain situations in life when we are engaged with a work where it needs sudden reply to answer to the problem and emotions play very great role in it ,if you are excited there may be possibility that you end with accepting offer if you are in dull mood possibly you may say no, but here situation is not according to the mood you have to keep your emotions with yourself and think through your mind whether it is the only thing you want from you then give your reply .it will certainly affect your future time. If you are free then okay to take but if you are already burdened with other work then due to this might you will not end with better results in already pending work so use 24 hours to allot work according to how much you can do, never ever so eager to take the things, multi-tasking is better thing but not at the cost of affecting your work.

One bad habit we usually put with ourselves is to work a thing just before it needs, we do not prioritize our work and do only certain work according to our needs or our caliber but wait you can make it better by prioritizing work and then completing on time. If you have all work completed on time, there is no point to worry for future things also your work will have a schedule and you will do work according to that. Face the work from front instead of avoiding it and to run from it this can make us something really feel good and we will be in the better situation than we usually have to.

Some people doing better in their life may end with lot of problems at later stages of their life due to their insecure behavior or taking diversion from their aim, it’s not always easy to cope up the situations you are travelling across the roads ,there are lot more things we have to travel in the near future ,either in term of goals or in term of settlements. There are always possibility that you will fail in your aim it does not make any sense to be demotivate from it but it makes a sense to take lessons from it and do further activities that can cause to take your aim and life back.

Some people always want to develop something in their present but due to situations not favoring them they can’t make it but working regularly on it makes a sense that it will end up in a work that is certainly help to make future of the work.

We have a past associated with our self and it may have good or bad experiences and also we have future associated with us which we want to make a better than what we can imagine but it doesn’t give any sense to make our present pathetic. If we enjoy our present then certainly we are going to enjoy our future.

There will be certain people who will meet you and ask about your future plans but why they are concerning about it either to compare their life or to know more possibilities happening around you in the future.do not take it ever seriously anything related to other person who are in connection with you, just follow your dreams and your goals, whatever you will get it will be only yours and many people who are advising about it do not take care it at all.

So be happy be cool be original and be safe from and to other peoples, this is only the law of success.

My first interview

It was a great day waiting from very long time. yeah the interview day, everybody seems little confused about it ,I was bit nervous, it was not a technology related interview but INDIAN NAVY interview which is not a company but a service to serve the country . Really excited for it not because I want to be in the Indian navy but because I want to feel the Indian navy interview, all seems good they were three people each in their cabin, it was my turn and got to enter the one of them. I was tensed about what they will ask to me, how I will respond them?, they are great people of country? ,how I can make myself with them ? but everything end in a fine way.

The first procedure was to fill up the form where they put about 10 qualities and blank space after that in which they will fill the grades according to your performance. then attachment of documents like navy form, mark sheet from 10^th to .tech and keep them with you.

I entered into the room by asking them to enter then wished him a good morning as it was a morning, then I walked in, he said sit down.

INTERVIEW

Interviewer-mohd nazar mubeen, signals on eye.

I-yes sir, it means eyesight.

Interviewer-so tell me about yourself.

I-i told them everything starting from my childhood to till now, I told them about certificates, awards, achievements, interests, hobbies, ideals and all. Introduction was extending so he said okay and I stop down, I told him how I was good at math’s, science thus chosen engineering and due to IT booming computer science .i told him about having interest’s in research ,technology and coding related work. I told him, how I was regular participating in speeches and debates, my awards and all.

Interviewer-okay, you have said you are good at debates, which type of topics you want to debate on.

I-topics related to youth.

Interviewer-do you know everything on it?

I-no sir, little bit and the information I have, I can debate only on that.

Interviewer-how many debates you had done in university?

I-none.

Interviewer-why?

I-because I was busy in my studies and concentrated mainly to programming, coding and technology work thus couldn’t get the time to attend such kind of activities.

Interviewer-okay(smiling)

Interviewer-what are the topics you interested in?

I-economics.

Interviewer-tell my Why petroleum prices are on hike?

I-told them a reason and said about import, export problem, how Indian can buy it from Iran and so that it can pay in rupees and all about economics.

Interviewer-which industry is benefitted by hike in dollar?

I-told them software industry as It works for major foreign countries which pay in dollars hence rising dollar may cause a huge profit but other industries will be in loss.

Interviewer-asked about gold rise and all.

I-told them in every function people willing to buy gold and thus the same gold is sold and bought many times throughout the year hence caused it to rise in price. I told him other reasons.

Then he ended up by saying that okay best of luck. Hoping for the selection but let see what will happen next.

Those who are preparing for it .my only advice to them is show confidence as much as you can, never fear from anything, be yourself, it is you whom they want to select but show some curiosity to go in, I don’t know what is the criteria of selecting a candidate but its only depend on you, how you impress that person in a minutes you spent with him, many are talented but can’t express their feeling to them so express yourself openly.
